Bringing together in-person and virtual care. Welcome to a new kind of primary care experience.
At 25 York, steps away from Union Station
Union Health was designed to be warm, bright, and welcoming, and we’re committed to our patients’ experience – the perfect conditions to help you focus on your health.
Covered by OHIP
Our nurses and physicians are committed to delivering care in a friendly, thoughtful way that allows you to build a genuine and lasting relationship with your family doctor. Our clinic is also technology-enabled to make your experience the best it can be: we use an app to facilitate scheduling, follow ups, and medical notes.
We offer a full suite of primary care services for your entire family, no matter how young or old. We’re open every weekday for OHIP-covered appointments, including family doctor visits, well-baby care, and women’s health. We also offer uninsured services including form completion, sick notes, and physician’s statements.
